NLTA ELECTION INFORMATION
for the Election of President and Vice-President for 2017-19

On Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, the province-wide vote for NLTA President and Vice-President will take place. If a run-off vote is required, it will take place on Monday, Dec. 19, 2016. The Nomination Forms for the offices of President, Vice-President and Provincial Executive are available by contacting the NLTA office and also included in the Election Information link.

NLTA Biennial General Meeting 2017

April 18 – 21, 2017
Sheraton Hotel, St. John’s NL

The Biennial General Meeting of the NL Teachers’ Association will be held from April 18-21, 2017 at the Sheraton Hotel in St. John’s. The theme for BGM has not yet been chosen. Information regarding the Biennial General Meeting will be provided as it becomes available.

Pre-Retirement Seminars 2016

Teachers within two years of retirement eligibility should register for one of the five Pre-Retirement Seminars scheduled for this fall. One will take place in Corner Brook, one in Grand Falls-Windsor, and three in St. John’s. Be sure and read “Things You Should Know About Attending” before filling out your registration form.
